Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of policy renewals, including premium audits, claims processing, and underwriting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to policy renewals and endorsements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records in the system.
- Respond promptly to client queries and resolve concerns to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
