Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Product Approvals:
  • Obtain product approvals from government bodies, such as MMRDA, CIDCO, CPWD, PWD, MAHADA, DRDO & MES ETC.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Third-Party Test Certification:
  • Coordinate with third-party testing agencies to obtain certifications for our products.
  • Ensure test reports and certifications are obtained and maintained.
  • Specification Approval:
  • Obtain specification approvals from architects and consultants for our products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key architects and consultants.
  • BOQ Preparation and Approval:
  • Prepare and submit BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for projects.
  • Obtain approval for BOQs from key accounts and clients.
  • Key Account Management:
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, including government agencies, architects, and consultants.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads.
  • System Solution Booklet:
  • Develop and maintain a system solution booklet for our products.
  • Ensure the booklet is updated with the latest product information and specifications.
  • Knowledge Sharing Meets:
  • Organize Meets, seminars, and workshops for government engineers, architects, and consultants.
  • Promote our products and solutions through these events.
  • Business Conversions:
  • Identify opportunities to convert specifications into business.
  • Work with the sales team to pursue and close deals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of experience in waterproofing or construction chemicals industry.
  • Strong understanding of waterproofing products and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and standards related to waterproofing.
  • Experience in managing key accounts and relationships with architects and consultants.
  • Familiarity with BOQ preparation and approval processes.
  • Strong event management skills.
