Specification Consultant

Reporting to: Head of Business Development

Role Purpose

The Specification Consultant will be responsible for achieving specifications and product approvals with MEPF consultants during concept/design stages.

This is a non-sales, non-revenue role, measured purely on successful specifications of in consultant-issued documents such as technical specifications, BOQs, tenders, and approved makes.

Requirements

Education:a. B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Master's degree (MS / M.E / M.Tech) would be an advantage

Experience : 5-10 years in specifications/consultant-facing technical roles with MEPF background

Exposure to data centers, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred

Skills:a. Strong understanding of MEPF services and support systems

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs

High technical credibility and professional communication skills

Consultant-oriented, disciplined, and self-driven

Travel: Willingness to travel across India to meet Engineering/MEPF consultants on regular basis.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address consultant queries and technical challenges effectively.
