Job Description Tool Administration Agency Marketing Support

Role Overview

This role focuses on handson administration configuration and testing support of quality engineering tools used across agency marketing and delivery teams The associate will be responsible for supporting multiple testing frameworks and tools ensuring smooth tool operations and enabling effective testing across applications

Primary Skills

Handson experience in configuration administration and support of quality engineering tools

Strong experience with testing and QA tools including

Rally

Robot Framework

Selenium

Playwright

API testing tools

Data testing solutions

UFT

Ability to provide testing support and tool governance across multiple teams

Experience supporting tool usage across agency marketing or similar business domains

Secondary Skills

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Familiarity with Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban etc

Willingness to learn adopt and work within SAFe Agile practices if not already experienced

Good to Have

Prior handson experience with SAFe Agile framework

Exposure to enterprisescale Agile toolchains and reporting

Experience supporting crossfunctional teams through centralized tool administration
