Specialist - Global Analytics and Reporting

• Collaborate with global recruitment and business teams on data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards with complex data models
• Develop scalable, automated analytics solutions for recurring and ad-hoc needs
• Identify trends and deliver actionable insights to management
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of analytics and reports
• Manage relationships with global stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration
• Track deliverables, support project management, and contribute to team goals
• Take on new challenges with flexibility and open communication

Qualification Criteria

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or prior experience in data analytics, Python, or Generative AI
• 1–2 years of hands-on data analytics experience (EDA, insights generation)
• Strong Python skills (OOP, data structures)
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL (preferably with Microsoft SQL Server)
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Team player with adaptability and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Python skills for automation workflows
• Experience with dashboard frameworks (e.g., Panel)
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Background in project management and/or global team collaboration
