Job Description

  • Collections: Manage collections on past due invoices and invalid deductions for allocated portfolios through email, phone calls, and other communication methods.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver Month-End Reporting (MIS).
  • Business Team Collaboration (Billing & Collections): Follow up with the business team regarding billing and collection activities.
  • Debtor Ageing Report: Prepare and analyze debtor ageing reports.
  • Business Team Collaboration (Revenue): Follow up with the business team to ensure revenue achievement and closure.
  • Issue Escalation: Raise problems to senior staff members or management as appropriate.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience is mandatory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Minimum B.Com education required.
