Spec I, Material Management

• Manage project materials and non-project procurement support for offices, overhead departments, or indirect procurement categories

• Collaborate with material management specialists and technicians for smooth operations

• Monitor and report supplier performance against purchase orders and contractual terms

• Generate, organize, and maintain tracking documents and reports

• Distribute bid packages, correspondence, and other necessary documents

• Identify and qualify potential bidders for purchases and contracts
