SPE / SME – Insurance Operations

• Handle Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL), or Employee Benefits (EB) transactions across the lifecycle

• Prepare submissions, generate quotes, coordinate with carriers, verify documents, and update CRM/FSC

• Manage servicing tasks: endorsements, certificates, invoicing, billing validation, EOC processing, client query resolution

• Maintain accurate policy data, documents, and records in Salesforce FSC / EPIC / DMS

• Support licensed Account Managers as required for licensed workflows

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documented SOPs
