Job Description

The SAP SuccessFactors PMGM + SPCDP Consultant is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Succession Planning & Career Development Planning (SPCDP) modules.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery, deep functional knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business strategies into scalable digital solutions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with 3+ years hands-on in PMGM and SPCDP
  • Delivered at least 1 full-cycle implementation for both PMGM and SPCDP

PMGM Expertise

  • Configuration of Goal Plan Templates
  • Performance Form Templates and workflows
  • Implementation of Continuous Performance Management
  • Calibration sessions and route maps

SPCDP Expertise

  • Succession Org Chart, Position-based Succession Planning
  • Talent Pools and Nominations
  • Career Worksheet and Development Goals
  • Role Readiness assessments and Career Pathing
  • Experience integrating PMGM/SPCDP with Employee Central, Learning, and Compensation modules
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Business Configuration (BCUI)
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Custom MDF Objects
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, solution design, documentation, and user training
  • Manage data migration, validation, and testing (SIT, UAT)
  • Provide go-live support and post-go-live stabilization
  • Work with business and technical teams to improve process efficiency and increase user adoption
  • Maintain and enhance existing configurations as per evolving business needs

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
  • Training: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and SPCDP certifications are required
  • Experience: 7+ years overall; Telco industry experience is a plus
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken)
