We are seeking a skilled Spare Parts Manager to oversee the inventory management of spare parts within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary spare parts are available to support production and maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure optimal stock levels to meet production requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source spare parts efficiently and cost-effectively.

- Analyze spare parts usage and develop strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

- Prepare reports and forecasts on spare parts demand and usage for management review.
- Conduct regular audits of spare parts inventory to minimize discrepancies and losses.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in spare parts management or inventory control.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics principles.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess spare parts needs and usage patterns.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
