We are seeking a skilled Spare Parts Manager to oversee the inventory management of spare parts within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary spare parts are available to support production and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure optimal stock levels to meet production requirements.

  • Conduct regular audits of spare parts inventory to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-10 years of experience in spare parts management or inventory control.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics principles.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess spare parts needs and usage patterns.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
