Deliver a wide range of spa services including body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure in a safe and comfortable environment.
Maintain spa equipment and manage sample inventory of products to ensure smooth operations.
Keep detailed documentation and maintain individual client files as required.
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and adequately stocked at all times.
Address customer queries and respond to their needs and expectations during treatments.
Recommend and promote retail products or additional spa services to clients.
Maintain strict hygiene standards and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with administration and report any issues or operational concerns promptly.
