Hiring Now: Sourcing Specialist (4–6 Month Contract)

Workdays: Monday to Saturday (8 hours/day)

We are actively looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a 4–6 month contract. If you're passionate about talent acquisition and have a proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

->Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.

->Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate screenings, evaluate resumes, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

->Candidate Coordination: Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback.

->Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates, and align on candidate profiles.

->Reporting & Tracking: Maintain clear and accurate tracking of sourcing activities and report progress to key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in talent sourcing across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and through referrals.

Solid experience in screening and shortlisting candidates effectively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Ability to handle a high volume of hiring and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
