Sourcing Executive -UCO

We are seeking a Sourcing Executive - UCO to join a reputable company and play a crucial role in securing used cooking oil (UCO) supplies. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential UCO sources, including hotels, restaurants, and food manufacturers, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sourcing targets. This field-based role requires strong sales, lead generation, and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for sustainability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• UCO Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential UCO sources, including restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers.
• Sales & Business Development: Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition. Lead the sales process from qualification to closure, and secure long-term UCO supply partnerships.
• Compliance & Coordination: Ensure compliance with industry standards and FSSAI regulations under the RUCO initiative. Coordinate with the operations team for efficient UCO collection.
• Reporting & Strategy: Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
• Professional Development: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques.

Skills Required:

• Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for sustainability.
• Experience in the waste management, food industry, or biofuel sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector is highly beneficial.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
