3. Opportunity Assessment

• Respond to technical sections of RFIs/RFPs and lead proof-of-concept engagements.
• Apply consultative approaches to advance business opportunities.

4. Innovation and Research

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments in HPC, Kubernetes, containers, cloud computing, and security.
• Develop best practices, accelerators, and demonstrations for HPC and container platforms.

5. Customer-Centric Mindset

• Understand customer business requirements and solve complex cloud technology challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system administrators, developers, data scientists, and project managers.
• Mentor new team members and lead tech talks, forums, and innovation initiatives.
