Solution Engineer - SDM

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform advanced technical activities across multiple domains, prioritizing tasks based on customer impact.
• Develop and contribute to customer-specific architecture and technical solution design.
• Lead design and execution of integration, performance, and operational solutions in customer projects.
• Influence customer's technical direction during the pre-sales/bid cycle, supporting solution definition and technical evaluations.
• Ensure customer requirements are captured accurately and present solution architecture for validation and adaptation.
• Own the technical components of bid preparation, including solution architecture, effort estimation, scope definition, and bill of materials.
• Lead technical implementation during delivery phases and align with internal/external stakeholders including architects, project managers, and product teams.
• Troubleshoot call flows, network-related issues, and support subscriber data migration for HLR, HSS, EIR, and MNP.
• Deploy SDM solutions, virtualization components, cloud-native functions (CNF), and core network nodes such as SDL, HLR, HSS, IMS, One-NDS.
• Prepare LLDs, planners, and support solution deployment and architecture creation.
• Work with Linux/Unix environments, IP networks, routers, switches, firmware, and scripting for automation.
