Solution Architect(Sailpoint)

Job description

1. Engage with key stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements for the core integration and controls.
2. Interpret technical and business objectives and challenges to define technical designs and solutions.
3. Document high level and low-level designs.
4. Present IIQ solution designs for relevant architecture and security approval forums.
5. Establish IAM best practices, design patterns, and standards for solution design to ensure consistent and reliable implementation.
6. Integrate SailPoint with core systems identified including HR Systems, ServiceNow, Active Directory, RACF, PAM and other applications.
7. Deliver IAG processes including Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leavers (JML), Access Request, Segregation of Duties, RBAC.
8. Develop custom connectors, rules, workflows and data models on SailPoint.
9. Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate BAU teams and partners

Requirement :

1. Experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex Identity and Access Governance programmes independently with little oversight.
2. Excellent communication skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
3. Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, DORA, FRA, GDPR etc.) and their impact on IGA systems.
4. Experience of integrating IAG solution with Mainframe platforms (including RACF, ACF2, etc).
5. Experience of integrating IGA solutions with ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
6. Experience of integrating IGA solutions with secrets management/vault technology such as HashCorp vault.
7. Experience of integrating IGA with PAM solutions such CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea etc).
8. Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
9. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
