Solar Execution Engineer

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar plant installations.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power plants.
• Ensure proper electrical wiring, panel connections, and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the execution phase.
• Work closely with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain and update documentation related to project execution.
• Train and guide junior technicians and support staff.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in executing solar projects (shop floor experience is mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar plants.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and solar plant maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
