Software QA Engineer

Role Overview:

• Develop, and execute integration tests to ensure seamless interaction between various components of our cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop, and execute manual and automated security test plans for our cybersecurity solutions.
• Utilize strong AWS knowledge to manage and test applications in cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security.
• Apply deep networking skills to validate network configurations, security protocols, and data integrity.
• Develop and execute comprehensive API test plans to verify the functionality, reliability, and performance of our API endpoints.
• Design and implement robust automation frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and quality improvements.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements, design test plans, and deliver high-quality products.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve testing methodologies.

About you :

• Minimum of 4+years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on integration testing and automation.
• Proven experience working with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Good understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security configurations.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
• Good knowledge of integration testing principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in AWS or networking are a plus.
