Software Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a Unified Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 8–10 developers across Platform, Quality, and Ecosystem charters.
• Ecosystem & Tooling Charter: Drive strategy, development, and maintenance for core ecosystem tools and integrations to improve external adoption.
• Platform & DevEx Charter: Own roadmap for internal CI/CD pipelines, build tooling, engineering observability, external-facing platform features, DR strategies, and security components (ACLs, SSO, audit logging).
• Quality & Test Infrastructure Charter: Lead the design and operation of large-scale automated test systems to validate upgrades, performance, scalability, and backward compatibility.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with peer EMs, Product Management, Support, and Release Management to prioritize technical roadmap balancing internal velocity with external quality and adoption.
