Agentic AI Implementation : Work with LLMs, NLP, and AI-driven interfaces to create an intuitive, personalized experience
VR Gaming Integrations : Ensure seamless interaction between the VR (Unreal Engine, Oculus) and productivity/gaming modules .
Full-Stack Development : Lead backend and frontend engineering efforts using Node.js, React Native, PostgreSQL, and JSON APIs on AWS.
Performance Optimization : Optimize the platform s performance, security, and scalability while ensuring a smooth UX across devices
Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with AI/ML, product design, wellness specialists, and cloud engineers to enhance Mind-N s interactive capabilities.
Technical Leadership : Mentor junior engineers, define best practices, and drive the technical vision forward.
What We re Looking For
8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role .
Deep expertise in Node.js, React Native, PostgreSQL, JSON APIs, and AWS services .
Experience working with agentic AI architectures, conversational AI, or NLP-based systems .
Strong knowledge of VR/game engine integrations (Unreal, Oculus) and interactive digital avatar technologies .
Prior experience working on customer experience (CX) or UI/UX platforms with AI-driven personalization.
Solid understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization in a SaaS environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment , taking ownership of end-to-end engineering solutions.
