Software Engineer - PM Platform & AI Automation

We are transforming how Product Management operates within SRE. Our team builds the 'intelligent connective tissue' that automates the software development lifecycle. By leveraging AI/LLM-powered automation and deep integrations with internal systems (Ticketing, Quip, Slack), we eliminate manual overhead in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reporting. This is a hands-on development role focused on building the tools that allow our PMs to stop managing spreadsheets and start driving strategy.

Core Responsibilities

●  Architect AI Workflows: Design and deploy LLM-powered agents to automate sprint planning, summarize complex technical meetings, and perform intelligent backlog grooming.

●  Systems Integration: Build robust connectors between internal ticketing systems and collaboration platforms to create a unified 'single source of truth,' drastically reducing context-switching.

●  Develop Internal APIs: Create the backend services and automation scripts that bridge disparate data silos, surfacing actionable insights for stakeholders via custom dashboards.

●  Scale Self-Service Tooling: Build intuitive interfaces that empower PM teams to configure their own automation logic without needing direct engineering intervention.

●  Standardize at Scale: Engineering reusable templates and automated workflows for Agile ceremonies (Retros, Standups) and critical artifacts (Risk Registers, Project Charters).
