What You'll Bring

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software applications
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Python, or Go
Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks like React, Angular, or Backbone
Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools (e.g., JPA2, Hibernate)
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Mesos
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design and performance
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native application deployment
Foundational understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and enthusiasm for learning how to integrate AI into applications
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and AI specialists
Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn

How You Will Lead

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure software solutions that integrate with multiple services and data sources
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features that address key customer needs
Contribute to site stability and code quality through code reviews, unit/integration tests, and monitoring practices
Drive end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements to release and support
Advocate for and contribute to best practices in cloud-native development and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, XP)
Stay informed on AI advancements and bring innovative ideas for integrating GenAI into customer-facing applications
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions through clear articulation of tradeoffs and value
