• Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to support project goals and enhance product functionality and performance.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in software development and Siemens Teamcenter.
• Provide influencing and advisory support for key team decisions and project directions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to solving complex problems that affect various groups.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote a collaborative environment.
• Mentor junior professionals to support their skill development and career growth.
• Apply best practices in software development methodologies, configuration management, and integration processes related to product lifecycle management.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with software configuration management tools.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to product lifecycle management.

Additional Information

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Position based at Chennai office.
• 15 years full-time education is required.
