Software Development Engineer II

Key Deliverables:

• Design and implement scalable REST and GraphQL APIs for high-traffic systems
• Develop cloud-native, containerized backend services using Node.js and modern DevOps practices
• Build secure, test-driven features leveraging TDD, CI/CD, and observability tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture and system design decisions

Role Responsibilities:

• Own full lifecycle of backend development from design to deployment
• Mentor engineers and lead discussions on architectural improvements
• Troubleshoot production systems, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis
• Contribute to performance tuning, instrumentation, and backend optimizations
