Software Developer - Tridium Niagara Framework Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to architect, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions within the Tridium Niagara Framework environment. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain software solutions using Java, JavaScript, and modern web technologies within the Tridium Niagara Framework.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with product managers and engineers to define requirements, design features, and deliver Siemens solutions from concept to deployment.
• CI/CD Excellence: Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using best practices for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
• Agile Approach: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to foster collaboration and drive project delivery.
• Optimize & Troubleshoot: Identify, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and web-based application development.
• Significant hands-on experience with the Tridium Niagara Framework.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
