Software Developer Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, modify, adapt, and implement IT solutions for new and existing applications.
• Review system requirements, business processes, and provide coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of software solutions.
• Build, develop, and maintain short- and long-term solutions across applications, network systems, and infrastructure.
• Develop security solutions for complex assignments.
• Modify existing internal software to add functionality, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, and enhance usability.
• Mentor team members, guiding system improvements and encouraging efficiency and adoption of current industry trends.
• Ensure applications are compatible across multiple platforms and browsers.
• Participate in all project phases, from detailed programming to high-level system design and architecture.
• Provide deep domain expertise, anticipate technology and market trends, and conceptualize innovative solutions for clients.
• Offer technical support and expertise in firmware, hardware, architecture, database design, software development, and testing.
• Contribute to IT strategy, development, and integration services to clients.
