Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions for IT operations
• Integrate machine learning and Generative AI capabilities into search and automation workflows
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to design, train, and deploy ML models

Backend & API Development

• Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django
• Design RESTful APIs and support seamless system integrations
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices

Cloud & DevOps Implementation

• Develop and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Containerize applications using Docker
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform

Automation & Optimization

• Identify opportunities to optimize IT processes through AI-driven automation
• Contribute to AIOps and ITSM automation initiatives
• Continuously improve development workflows and engineering efficiency

Documentation & Quality Assurance

• Maintain clear technical documentation for APIs, services, and deployments
• Ensure maintainability, observability, and monitoring of developed solutions
