Pre-Sales & Client Research:

• Conduct pre-sales research on the SMM landscape for prospective clients.
• Make PPTs and serve as a client point of contact as the SMM expert.
• Understand client goals/objectives with respect to their SMM needs and create custom strategies.

Campaign Execution & Revenue:

• Execute campaigns across various social media networks.
• Responsible for revenue generation through ongoing SMM activities.
• Provide client support during initial engagement period and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Representation & Events:

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
