Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals

Shoot content on-site when required (project sites, office, etc.)

Edit reels and short-form videos with strong storytelling and visual appeal

Write engaging captions consistent with the brand voice

Develop and implement content strategies focused on lead generation

Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, and algorithm shifts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong skills in reels editing, storytelling, and content creation

Solid understanding of Instagram trends and audience psychology

Ability to create content that balances aesthetics with performance

Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Key Objective:

Generate high-quality leads, not just views or engagement
