Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Publishing:

• Plan and schedule posts across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest
• Write engaging copy, captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions aligned with brand tone
• Collaborate with the design/content team to produce visuals, reels, stories, and videos
• Ensure brand consistency in content and messaging

Community Management:

• Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally
• Engage with followers to grow community and improve brand loyalty
• Track trending topics and viral content relevant to the industry or brand

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track key metrics: engagement rate, reach, impressions, followers, click-throughs
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions

Campaign Support:

• Assist in executing paid and organic campaigns
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, or brand partners as needed
• Help manage giveaways, contests, or product launches on social media

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Solid understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement tactics
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in using social media tools and basic design software (e.g., Canva)
