Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-11 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and interpreting data to drive strategy.
• Ability to create compelling visual content (graphic design or video editing skills are a plus).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
