Job Description

  • Social media representative duties:
  • Ensure a positive reflection for Organization across all social media platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints via email or social media
  • Ensure all customer queries and complaints/escalations are responded to within time.
  • Monitoring customer feedback/Review websites
  • Share daily trends and analysis
  • Daily tracking and follow up of customer feedback reports
  • Handling customer queries on WhatsApp
  • Identify root causes for all complaints and escalations - work with customer service, operations and other stakeholders to structurally reduce social media escalations and complaints.
