Job Description

- Should be experienced in handling customer queries and relevant skills and interest
- Should be able to work in shifts
- Should have basic computer skills
- Should be a graduate in any field.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- working knowledge of various social media CRMs
- Social media representative duties:
- Ensure a positive reflection for Organization across all social media platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints via email or social media
- Ensure all customer queries and complaints/escalations are responded to within time.
- Monitoring customer feedback/Review websites
- Share daily trends and analysis
- Daily tracking and follow up of customer feedback reports
- Handling customer queries on WhatsApp
- Identify root causes for all complaints and escalations - work with customer service, operations and other stakeholders to structurally reduce social media escalations and complaints.
