Job Description
About the Role:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Manage and execute daily social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, and infographics) aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and online communities in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and post content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Analyze social media performance through metrics, insights, and KPIs, and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure content is aligned with campaigns and business goals.
- Develop and manage content calendars for all social platforms.
- Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand the reach and visibility of the brand.
- Execute social media advertising campaigns, including paid posts and sponsored content.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the social space.

About You:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creative and engaging content.
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creative thinker with the ability to come up with fresh ideas for social campaigns and content.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and how to optimize paid campaigns.
