Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new business for Commercial Vehicle Loans through direct sourcing, dealerships, and market references.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers to increase sourcing of loan applications.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, application processing, documentation, and disbursement.
  • Ensure First Time Right documentation for all loan proposals with timely submission.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers for savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, and FASTag.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  • Provide prompt and professional service to customers and dealers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all internal processes, credit norms, and RBI/regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic dealer and market visits to assess business opportunities and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 1–6 years in commercial vehicle loan sales, auto loans, tractor finance, or used car loans.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of auto finance market, commercial vehicle products, and credit norms.
