SMT Engineer

•Perform CAD modelling of BIW parts and assemblies in CATIA as per engineering guidelines and checklists

•Create and manage product data structure in PLM and ensure BOM quality

•Support development of design standards and carryover strategies for upper body structure sub‑modules

•Prepare technical proposals for new concepts and resolve technical/design issues to meet attribute targets

•Ensure alignment with body structure construction, sheet metal forming processes, assembly processes, and structural test standards

•Use engineering tools such as PLM systems, analysis modules in CATIA, FTI, VizVSA, MINT3, and RMDVV for design validation and improvements
