Site Supervisor

Job Summary

• Supervise and coordinate installation of building materials such as aluminium doors & windows, glass partitions, tiles, or sanitary fittings at project sites.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure proper material delivery and installation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines on-site.
• Maintain site documentation such as daily work reports, material usage, and attendance.
• Address on-site issues promptly and report progress to the project manager.
• Guide and monitor technicians and subcontractors to achieve work targets.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience in supervising material installation work
• Good understanding of construction drawings and measurements
• Team handling and coordination
• Strong communication and site management skills
