Site Reliability Engineering Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions to enhance IT operations and eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Support reliability initiatives including automation, monitoring, performance tuning, and system optimization.
• Work with SMEs to implement Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) to improve service reliability.
• Participate in incident response, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor the health of IT services and assist in incident remediation.
• Integrate tools and technologies to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth integration between physical systems and application environments.
• Contribute to deployment, scaling, and maintenance of production and test systems.
• Work within a culture-driven, technically strong team delivering IT platforms to improve internal productivity.
