• Independently drive and manage topics with onshore teams, leveraging strong communication skills to make a positive first impression.
• Utilize a broad array of technical knowledge, specifically in DevOps and SRE principles, to facilitate successful transitions.
• Contribute to improving the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of production systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and automate processes.
