Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage on-site manpower and subcontractors to maintain workflow and discipline.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the central project team and provide regular updates on progress.
• Monitor material movement and site logistics, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain documentation of site activities, including daily progress reports, checklists, and compliance records.
• Ensure timely commissioning and handover of the project.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4 5 years of experience in site execution or site management roles.
• Prior experience in solar projects is highly preferred .
• Willingness to work on-site at different project locations across Maharashtra.
• Strong interpersonal and team-handling skills.
• Ability to join immediately
