Supervise Installation, Testing, and Commissioning activities on-site.
Ensure the work is done safely and environmentally friendly, adhering to company policies and local requirements.
Ensure quality and schedule are maintained and executed within the assigned costs.
Adhere to legal requirements in relation to work and workforce.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction Index, ensuring zero LTC, timely completion, and zero tolerance for non-compliance.
Produce quality execution within the required time frame of the project.
Manage Requirement Management, Stakeholder Management, and Risk and Opportunity Management.
Oversee site activities for the timely completion of the project.
Ensure compliance with environmental, local rules, and safety requirements.
Monitor contractual terms and conditions with suppliers and sub-vendors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 10-12 years of experience in Project Site Execution and Management.
Electrical Installation experience for outdoor switchyard and indoor substations up to 220kV, E-House, and Civil Works.
Knowledge of switchgear, relays, SCADA, ELV, civil integration, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD software.
Good communication skills and multitasking ability.
Familiarity with installation rules and regulations.
