Site Installation Engineer

• Monitor and track all orders from initiation until project handover to customers and service teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage projects with strong project management techniques to ensure timely project closure.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to provide execution layouts, electrical, HVAC, and other similar drawings.
• Collaborate closely with customers and vendors to ensure timely completion of activities according to the project plan.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial and Logistics teams for scheduling and enabling deliveries in accordance with regional regulations.
• Work with product application and service teams to drive successful product installations.
• Understand and apply revenue recognition guidelines to drive regional targets in coordination with the sales and commercial teams.
• Ensure final drawings are coordinated with the planning team.
• Ensure timely site readiness and compliance with EHS and statutory regulations.
• Maintain and organize all project-related documentation.
• Collaborate with the Regional PM team to identify and execute project productivity initiatives.
• Adhere to Siemens Quality Guidelines, Quality Management System, and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil or Electrical).
• 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is required.
• Expertise in handling multiple parallel projects of varying scales.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to energize, influence, and build relationships across all levels within the organization.
• Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
