Siebel Lead

• Design, develop, and maintain Siebel applications to meet evolving business requirements.

• Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications for seamless data exchange.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.

• Prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation for Siebel customizations and enhancements.

• Perform unit testing and assist with system and integration testing activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel application issues to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

• Stay updated with the latest Siebel technologies, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the application.

Mandatory Skills:

• Siebel Application Development

• Siebel Integration with enterprise and third-party systems

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Siebel Open UI

• Experience with Web Services, EAI, and Middleware tools

• Familiarity with Oracle Database and PL/SQL
