• Its a Mumbai-based bank so customer expects the consultant to follow banks timetable and be in a bank office

• The consultant must have good knowledge in the following areas

2 Workflow

3 eScripting

4 Open UI

5 Business services

6 Web services

• Any knowledge in integration would carry an added advantage
