Showroom Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team and ensure the service revenue and customer satisfaction targets for the department are achieved

• Make a Business Plan for the department

• Supervise all personnel in the Service Department

• Monitor daily showroom operations to ensure smooth workflow (added)

• Assist customers by providing product information and guiding them through the purchase process (added)

• Maintain sales records and coordinate with internal departments for reporting
