Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the service department team, ensuring achievement of revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the department to drive growth and efficiency.
• Supervise and guide all personnel in the Service Department, including showroom sales executives, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and support, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
• Identify areas for improvement in service processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
