Shift Production Executive (Ice-Cream)

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the manufacturing, processing, and packaging of ice cream while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards via equipment's (Extruder line / Cone / Bulk filling and processing equipment's of leading OEMs).

Preferred candidate profile

Implement daily production schedules and ensure target achievement.

Supervise mixing, pasteurization, homogenization, freezing, and packaging operations.

Ensure GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards are followed.

Ensure efficient operation of processing and packaging machinery

Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad; Within age group of 28-35 years.

Must have relevant experience in Ice-cream industry
