• Problem solving in a production environment, including experience observing patterns, analyzing root cause and suggesting ideas to resolve issues

Good-to-Have:

• Knowledge in GS specific skills - AutoSys, AppHero, Slang and KeepAlive
• Experience in the Financial Service Industry

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

• Monitor and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal business impact and timely resolution
• Perform deep-dive analysis and root cause identification for complex technical issues in UNIX, SQL, and ETL environments
• Collaborate with L2 support, development, and infrastructure teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Manage daily health checks, batch monitoring, and critical job failures using monitoring tools (e.g., Autosys, App Hero)
• Analyze recurring incidents and implement permanent corrective actions to improve system stability
• Develop and optimize UNIX shell scripts and SQL queries for incident resolution and process automation
• Participate in incident review meetings, providing detailed incident analysis and RCA documentation
