• Analyze existing SharePoint implementations and identify improvement opportunities

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions

• Implement M365 governance and provisioning frameworks

• Work on Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) implementation

• Perform root cause analysis and provide service improvement solutions

• Execute platform changes, releases, and service requests

• Coordinate with teams to resolve major incidents and provide workarounds

• Conduct audits and analysis of application environments
