SharePoint Developer

Key Responsibilities:

SQL Development:

• Design and develop T-SQL stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Manage and maintain SQL Server databases and data integration processes (ETL).
• Develop reports using SSRS, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Ensure database integrity, backup, and recovery procedures.

SharePoint Development:

• Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint Online / On-Prem solutions (sites, lists, libraries, workflows).
• Implement SharePoint web parts, forms, and templates using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx.
• Integrate SharePoint with external systems and databases using REST APIs or custom solutions.
• Manage SharePoint permissions, access control, and user roles.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SQL development and SharePoint customization.
• Proficient in T-SQL, SSMS, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, content management, and workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Platform, and InfoPath.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS for front-end SharePoint customization.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration and security best practices.
• Certifications in Microsoft SQL Server and/or SharePoint (preferred).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
