SFMC Marketing Lead – Responsibilities:

• Design and configure tools in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using industry and product best practices
• Execute multi-step marketing and data management activities on an immediate, triggered, or scheduled basis
• Translate regional marketing campaign needs into technical and data requirements
• Identify the relevant SFMC features needed for campaign implementation
• Coordinate and implement new SFMC features such as:
• Customer journey building
• Dynamic content
• Content blocks
• Survey archetype
• Webinar archetype
• Datorama
• Support integration of SFMC with Veeva CRM system cloud and other enterprise systems
